We will accept returns for refund of new, unused Snuggler's within 20 days of shipping date. The refund will be the total amount minus the $7.00 shipping charge and $2.00 restocking fee.

Exchanges will be accepted for sizing issues within 30 days of shipping date. Exchanged item must be in NEW condition. Please include $7.00 shipping and completed exchange form* with your Snuggler.
